Research Supervisor's Profile:-

Dr. Sanjay H A, Prof.& Head, Dept. of ISE, NMIT

Dr. Sanjay H A received the BE degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Kuvempu, India, in 1996 and the M.Tech. Degree in computer science and engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, in 2001. He has done his PhD in Supercomputer Education and Research Center at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His Research interests include Grid Computing; Cloud computing, Parallel Computing, Distributed Systems and Performance Modeling of parallel applications. He has published research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. He has Research projects with a total of Rs 26 Lakhs funding from Department of Information Technology - New Delhi, VTU and VGST. Six Ph.D students are working under his guidance in the area of Grid & Cloud Computing.


Dr. Prasanta Gogoi, Professor, Dept. of ISE, NMIT

Dr. Prasanta Gogoi had received the BE degree in electrical engineering from Jorhat Engineering College, Dibrugarh University, India, in 1990 and the M.Tech. Degree in Information Technology from Tezpur University, India, in 2000. He had done his Ph. D. in Computer Science and Engineering in 2013 from Tezpur University, India. His Research interests include data mining and network security. He has published papers in various peer reviewed international journals and conference. Two Ph.D students are working under his guidance in the area of Network Intrusion Detection.


Dr. N G Goudru, Professor, Dept. of ISE, NMIT

Dr.N.G.Goudru, received M.Sc (Applied Mathematics) degree from Karnataka University, Dharwar, India in 1981, Ph.D (Mathematics) degree from Gulabarga University, India in 1989, M.S (s/w Systems) degree from BITS, Pilani, India in 1997, M.Tech (Information Technology) degree from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore, India in 2010. He has submitted the thesis for Ph.D (Computer Science and Engineering) degree to VTU, Belgaum, India in October 2016. His areas of research are in the fields of Mobile wireless networks, modeling and performance analysis of heterogeneous networks, and Enhancement of QoS in wired, wireless and mobile communications. He has publications in reputed International Journals and presented many research papers in International/National conferences. He is the author of two books on discrete mathematics.
