The first thing I noticed about the department is the friendly atmosphere and helpful teaching staff. They have always answered all my queries swiftly and professionally.

I also appreciate the teaching methodology. Students learn through multi-media power point presentations along with helpful and timely notes.

You can be sure of an excellent academic experience; the teaching staff are very supportive and amongst the best in their business. You can count on them to inspire you to bring out the best in yourself. The most difficult and intricate topics will be taught with the utmost diligence. The College offers a dynamic cultural experience with people from all across the globe and offers a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, do new things and learn about different cultures.

In all it has been a great learning experience in terms of academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Academic excellence and superb faculty is what I experienced in BE program for Electrical and Electronics. I would like to mention the more intangible and, in my opinion, the more enduring lifelong benefit / advantage that the Electrical and Electronics Department at NMIT has given me

Doing the Bachelor at NMIT was a life-changing experience for me. Coming from a low profile rural background, many facets of the world of Engineering were new to me but I found the course offered here to be of an exceptional quality and easy to follow. Being an international student and travelling to India for the first time added to my anxiety. The program is designed and administered so seamlessly that I not only felt ‘the warm welcome’ but, my faculty and peers became a support system throughout my stay as well as a network for life. So much so, that I have decided to stay on in India post the B.E to gain some international work experience.

The practical skills backed by academic knowledge have given me the confidence to pursue a career in any country. This, for me, is the biggest strength of the B.E at NMIT. Small in size but burgeoning in excellence, my department has taught me a lot. Unity, Cooperation and Helpfulness has been always there for me in the Department.

At last I want to thank my HOD, such a personality which I cannot find anywhere in this world. I also express my warm gratitude to all the faculties and staff members of Department of Electrical and Electronics for always being there during my four years of engineering, making me this capable and loving me so much.
