Students’ Intern at North Dakota State University, USA
To promote matters of mutual academic interest, NMIT has a MoU with North Dakota State University (NDSU) which is a renowned Land Grant Research University. NDSU is located in Fargo in the State of North Dakota, USA. Under the banner of this MoU there are internship opportunities for NMIT students. We are happy to announce that three students have leveraged these opportunities. These three students of NMIT have been selected for Internship cum project work at NDSU for 5 months starting from January 2017. The students selected are Ms.Amruthavarshini, Dept. of ISE, Ms.Bhagyashree Ramesha and Ms.Chaitra Patil from Dept. of Civil Engg. These students will have a unique global exposure in learning and execution of advanced technologies.
Ashish Tiwari, student of 7th Sem ECE, is one of nine students selected across the country by the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) to represent India at the 12th Global Student Forum (GSF) 2016 and the World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF) 2016 (both scheduled in Nov 2016) to be held at Seoul, South Korea. He will be presenting his project at the conference.
