    OBJECTIVE: To develop algorithms and methodologies for real-time image feature extraction for  horizon detection,     sky/ground segmentation and determine the roll and pitch of the aircraft to send to the autopilot system for correction of     the     horizon line

  Student Satellite (STUDSAT) – A Student PICO Satellite Project of NMIT- MOU Signed with ISRO on 10 Jan 2009.
  STUDSAT – Has a basic configuration of Pico –Satellite of mass less than 1 Kg.
  Has been presented with the  Prestigious “HANS VON MULDAU” Team  Award 2008 by International Astronautical Federation
