| |
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a special wing of the Ministry of Defence.
Our college is one of the few technical institution, which has a technical unit. NCC students besides getting Military training get exposed to technical subjects related to defence and participate in annual training camp, trekking, cycling expedition., tree plantation programs, Bike rally, visits to home for the aged, visits to blind schools are some of the programs conducted by NCC. Our NCC cadets have won the first place in Inter Company Volley ball and throw ball competitions, first place in Inter-company Flag area competitions. Second place in Inter-company drill competitions , first place in National level Elocution contest by Cadet L/Col Abhishek won the Best Cadet from Karnataka. Sgt S M Supritha secured First place in Individual NIAQ Competition. |
